I ordered a Barbour hat by phone, and I was looked after by Becky who was extremely helpful and had an excellent telephone manner. The hat arrived very quickly (and was beautifully wrapped!), it was exactly what I wanted and fitted perfectly. I could not fault the service, which after having been sent the wrong item by another company, was much appreciated. I would not hesitate to shop with Nicholls again. Thank-you.
