Exceplly good service!! I ordered 2 pairs of shoes instead of 1. When I phoned I was connected to an actual human straight away and she was able to immediately track my order. She reassured me she would sort things out.
Within 5 minutes I had an email confirming I had a refund and 1 pair of shoes would be on it's way.
24 hours later the shoes arrived and I had my refund.
I'm The current retail climate this is the stuff of dreams! I couldn't recommend this company highly enough!!!!
