I ordered and paid for 2 pairs of Heavenly Feet flip flops (black & Gold) on line and received a prompt email advising me that my size was out of stock in the black and asking me whether l wanted a refund or credit note. I requested a refund to my bank account which was made straight away and I received my 1 pair of flip flops via the post in a very timely manner. Very happy with the service I received and thank you.
