I never give full marks to online companies as I believe there is always room for improvement but in Nicholls online case I have made an exception and awarded them very good because of how they dealt with a small delay of my order being delivered. To cut a long story short they rang to let me know that my order would arrive a few days late due to my bear being sourced some were else. Because of the weekend this meant in stead of arriving on the Friday it would arrive the following Monday which it did bang on time. I was also impressed with the fact that although it was free package and post they used an expensive delivery firm and packaged the bear in a very strong box which would not be cheap to do. I am very impressed with Nicholls online and hope to be buying from them again in the near future
