I bought a cushion online. I phoned the Brecon store to enquire about the cushion. An assistant phoned me back within minutes to say the cushions were in stock. She gave me the online phone number and said someone wAs waiting for my call. Sure enough my ordering process was made very easy by that person knowing exactly what I wanted. I received my cushion the next day! Thanks to the courtious, efficient staff, the purchasing experience was very pleasant.
