The near I purchased is ok-I had trouble paying with my visa the woman was saying something wrong with my card-when there wasnt-I asked the manager I think he was if i could have a charlie bear bag I would pay for it of course he said it will be £3-50 postage -I refused to pay that amount of postage and asked him to waive it cos I had paid a lot for the bear-his attitude wasn't nice -I won't buy anything more from Nicholls!!!
