once I had registered the order process was simple. I had looked at this Barbour jacket earlier in the season and was delighted to get it at the sale price . I ordered on Saturday and on Monday received an email advising me of delivery by DPD. I registered with them and received regular updates on my scheduled delivery which arrived within the one hour timeslot advised.
Jacket is great but the Returns process was enclosed anyway and is clear and simple to do.
Very happy.
