When my order was delayed, I e-mailed them as I was concerned as to where my parcel was. They were quick to reply, and quick to track my parcel. The lady I was exchanging e-mails with was very friendly and helpful, as well as being apologetic. Even though the delay was not her fault, she made sure I was content.
