My order was processed as quickly as possible, bearing in mind that I ordered late on a Friday afternoon. The order was confirmed early Monday and the products despatched the same day. Full marks so far. My only quibble was the confusing messages I received about when my order would be delivered. I needed to change the day, and although the new day was confirmed, I still received messages advising me that delivery would be on a different day, was delayed, and would be delivered on yet another different day. I changed the day each time, and thankfully the parcel did arrive on the day I had asked for. The items ordered were as requested and well packaged in neutral packaging, so it was not obvious to prying eyes what was inside. Much appreciated. Thank you.
