I bought a coat in your store on the 28th October, knowing it wasn't the exact one that my partner had picked out a fortnight earlier. I assumed you'd sold out and it was previous stock. I logged on to your website on the 30th October, and lo and behold, there was the coat. As I was choosing my size, a window popped up saying that I was entitled to a free Barbour scarf if I buy the coat, so I clicked to Add to Basket, and nothing happened. I closed the modal and continued shopping - when I got to the Basket, there was no scarf. I could see you had a Live Chat option which was currently Offline, so I submitted a query via the e-form. When it turned 10am, your Live Chat came online, and I tried speaking to your agent, but my work Firewall wasn't playing ball so it wasn't as smooth as it should be, but in that meantime, your online agent, Luke Turner, had emailed me a response to my e-form. He assured me that the scarf could be added post-purchase and sent along with the coat directly from the warehouse. Needless to say the coat arrived promptly, and inside the bag was the scarf I was promised, they'd even picked out a complimentary scarf to match the coat. I was VERY impressed. I'll definitely be using Nicholls again, and I can't thank you enough for making it so easy. Thanks again.
