I had hunted for the particular gilet all over, and was pleased to find Nicholls had several. I ordered my usual size which arrived in less than 48 hours. It was too big so I rang the helpline and spoke to Abbie who was able to confirm that they had the next size down and she would reserve it for me pending return of the original. She demonstrated good product knowledge when we discussed the sizes, commenting that the sides of the gilet were more stretchy than you might think..I agreed!
The exchange took place without a hitch. Very impressed.
