Very impressed with Nicholls Online. I was worried my purchase would not be received before Christmas. I spoke to Nicholls via the chat system (if there was nobody available, I received a message by e-mail). I also received a follow up phone call as promised. My goods arrived the next day. Unfortunately, the item did not fit, but I received my money back within 3 working days of me sending the parcel back. I would definitely use this Company again.
