I found Nicholls through a google search engine. I had been searching for a particular scarf from Joules and after contacting joules directly to no avail I found Nicholls who had the product I was looking for. I ordered and used the express Royal Mail service and within 24 hours of ordering the scarf was delivered to my door (I live in Scotland) - I was delighted. Web was easy to use and am happy that they stock the brands we like Schoffel, RM Williams, Barbour etc.
