Hi I recently placed an online order from Nicholls. Unfortunately, I wasn't pleased with the overall quality of the inside of item I purchased. Compared to previous items from this brand of a similar style, the quality has been marvellous and mine are still wearing very well. However, the item purchased is of no fault to Nicholls. I have received first class customer service. The emails following my order, to the process and discharge of the item, has been perfect. The return service is extremely user friendly, together with the follow up emails stating that my refund has been processed. I have no hesitation in recommending Nicholls, both online and in store.
