Despite several attempts the online service would not allow me to change my delivery details and so I was unable to make my purchase. Undeterred I phoned the company instead & was delighted with the service I received. The person I spoke to was extremely helpful & efficient & 48 hours later my parcel arrived safely. The human touch at Nicholls was excellent.
