Searched the internet for a Barbour hat that the wife really wanted for Christmas but didnt want to go to just any old site or shop. Chose Nicholls as reviews were good for them and so went ahead and ordered the hat. I was not disappointed either, having called to check it was still actually in stock and being served by a very helpful lady who called me back to confirm it was in stock I went ahead and ordered it. It arrived 3 days later (it was Christmas time so expected longer delivery) and it was wrapped very nicely in tissue paper and in perfect condition. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.
