I will be forever grateful to have discovered Nicole's work years back - from the moment I listened to a podcast interview with her I was hooked! Participating in her Apprenticeship was a game changer for me; as Coach, student and someone with a uterus I could not believe how little I actually knew about my own body! Thanks to Nicole I now feel informed, empowered and motivated share this education with others. She is warm, welcoming and makes you truly feel heard. Her passion and love for this work shows in everything she is doing - she goes out of her way to assure you are getting what you need from her programs; it is structured well, easy to follow and due to it's individualized pace you can be assured to stay on track even with a full-time busy schedule. Being a part of her Fix Your Period Collective, especially after completing the IIN program prior to it, set me up for understanding what it is not just that my own body needs, but also for recognizing my own true calling.
