POOR SERVICE - THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE. DO NOT USE!!!! I ordered a henry hoover on 12th May 2015! website said it was in stock and would take 3-5 working days to arrive, I received confirmation of my order via email. It is now 22nd June! and all I have received is junk mail every single day! even though I have chased them countless times for an update as to where my order is, but still to this day I haven't received any reply / update. There is no way you can speak to anyone over the phone, all the contact numbers they provide are utter useless. And no customer service support team gets back to you when you send them messages so I would advise to steer clear!!!
