This company is abysmal and the customer service may as well be non existent for what use they are. I ordered a product that was showing as in stock on 8th May. After numerous emails and raising a support ticket, i still haven't received my refund over two months later. I was promised that the item i ordered would be coming in stock and left hanging for four weeks before i was told that they wouldn't be getting it in stock after all. Then the refund fiasco ensued. I was told that their transaction provider had changed, after i waited over a week for my refund to show and i would have to await a call from their finance team to take my details before it could be handed to their finance team. Every step of the way i have been left waiting days upon days and have always had to chase up my refund with them. I am now in the process of taking steps to take my claim further with them.
Beware of this company, you are not guaranteed anything from them and should there be any problems with your order, don't hold your breath in the hope you will get anywhere with the customer service team. Truly awful service, they need closing down.
