After more than 3 weeks waiting for them to completing their refund process and several email communications (phone call was not possible) I had no other option, but to raise a PAYPAL dispute ... suddenly the issue was resolved within hours.
Case: I orders 4 laptops with a total amount over £3000 , but they were not able to deliver them (out of stock).
