Gave a star only because I had to. Worst Company (???) I've ever dealt with on or off line. Ordered a nice Seiko watch. delivery within 2 weeks, then the delivery date moved, then it moved back after I contacted them, then it moved forwards again. Luckily for myself I got in very early with a refund claim but it was only for sub £170 so probably just small change to these shysters compared to other folks dealings with them. Ordered the same watch from the WatchShop site (connected to Goldsmiths) at 21.28 on Tuesday last. At 10.07 on the Thursday Royal Mail sent me a text to say it was at my local Goldsmiths (Cheltenham) ready for pick up. At 17.28 that same day it was on my wrist with the strap sized and correct time set. Now this might have cost me circa £40 more than the N o'H deal but at least I'm now wearing the watch and not just dreaming! Also I ordered from N o'H using a credit card even before I knew of their abysmal trading record so that may have sped up my refund, if I'd have searched before hand etc. etc. etc.. But just steer clear.
