This company must be a scam. I have no idea how they stay in business!!! Like others, I wish I was reading the reviews. My story seems exactly following the same pattern. Order my Samsung UHD TV on 01.09 for £540 with delivery date between 1 and 3 weeks. After the money was taken very fast from my bank and the TV order status was not changing, I have contacted customer service by support ticket-only way to reach them as the phone number is only for the jewellery shop and they do not deal with online orders I found out that my TV is out of stock. I have been offered a similar product at discounted price or a refund. I have choose that TV for a reason so I have asked for a refund. The customer services people said my refund request was sent to their financial department which will sent me an email to let me know they money has been refunded and it will take up to 14 days. We are on 07/10, 14 days were on the first of this month and I have no TV or my money back. Currently I am opening a dispute with my bank and will proceed to report them as Online fraud. Like others, saving a few quid on a TV seemed like a good deal but I feel like a stupid fool being sucked into this online scam they call reputable company. Please please avoid at any cost! There must be something we can do to stop these bastards scamming people!
