Please heed the advice on here. I had the same experience as everyone else - they took my order, kept promising it would be sorted the next week. After 4 weeks of this I asked to speak to a manager and was told I was being difficult so they would cancel the order! Waiting for a refund (but they've already said that will be difficult...).
