The staff attempted to provide decent service until the boss butted in. He was very rude to his staff and belittled them in front of customers. I thought this was incredibly poor practice. As I was looking for a small gift, he didn't seem overly interested, but when a customer behind me mentioned looking for an engagement ring, I was ditched immediately. At this point one of the members of staff came back again after being shouted at. I decided then, that I would prefer to give my business to another company. The service really was not good at all, but in fairness to the staff, being treated in such a way, I can't say I blame them! If he is willing to shout and make little of them in front of customers, what is he like away from customers. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
