This company obviously cannot be bothered with customer service. They go out of their way to not publish a phone number, and even if you do find it and manage to speak to someone they just bounce you to the "live support" on the website. Sadly the live support is awful. It took them over 52 hours to respond... this is with their "average response time" being shown as around 2 hours on the website. When the response finally came it was of no use what so ever. Had I had a response in a reasonable amount of time, then I wouldn't be looking for a phone number. This is a true example of an awful online retailer. Hide behind the website, don't respond to customers in a helpful or prompt way. One to avoid!
