I ordered perfume about 2 weeks ago and I have still not received the goods, but they have taken the money out of my account. I sent an email to ask for a delivery date, only to be told that they are waiting on stock from the manufacturer within the next few days and that my parcel will be upgraded to urgent.
I decided to cancel the order and ask for a refund as they don't even have it in stock, and I have had no reply. Seems like a scam to me, given all the negative reviews, there seems to be a pattern emerging, why is trading standards not getting involved with this company. I have dealt with a lot of online companies and never had any problems like this.
