Ordered Disney Traditions figurine from Nigel O Hara on 23/03/15 for an 18th birthday present on 2/5/15. I am still waiting for my order. I can't log onto my account for some strange reason - I know my password is correct but it won't accept it and no option to change password. I was told my item would be in stock end of April, but won't hold my breath! I have asked to cancel my order and obtain a refund but heard nothing. It is impossible to obtain a phone number from their website, although reading all the reviews it probably wouldn't help anyway! Not sure if I can claim the money back from my credit card company as it cost under £100. Just wish I had read these reviews before I ordered I wouldn't have touched them with a barge pole. The annoying thing is, for an extra £15 I could have bought the same item from Amazon or Peter Jones! You live and learn don't you.. I don't know whyTrading Standards wont close this company down - is this because they are based in N. Ireland I wonder?
