Similar experience to others. Ordered item, money taken from account almost immediately, item not in stock. Emailed to cancel, very prompt reply asking for patience but no date for delivery given. Eventually cancelled following third email. A week later still no refund. I have since ordered the item elsewhere and I had the item delivered before funds were even taken. It says on the web site that your money will usually not be taken until the item is despatched, I must be an unusual case.
