I gave them a 1 star rating, but that's only because there wasn't an option to give them minus stars! I order some items on 03/04/2015 which were all 'in stock' at time of ordering and selected a 3-5 working day delivery, the items should have arrived no later than 13/04/2015. It's now 20/05/2015 and still no items. It turns out that these people illegally advertise items as in stock which they do not have. I have repeatedly chased these items only to be confronted with what can only be described as the absolutely worst customer service (not that you can call it a service) that you will ever encounter. The items apparently came into stock yesterday and they have now told me I have to wait 3-5 days as that's what I requested when I ordered the items, what a joke, I ordered on 03/04/2015 for 3-5 working days time so I would have expected them to courier the items immediately. So if the items do arrive they will be 5-6 weeks late! Despite all my complaints and repeatably chasing them, not once have I been given a sincere apology or been offered any kind of compensation. This company is nothing but a bunch of cowboys and an absolute joke, they will most certainly not be getting my business again and I will be singing from the rooftops about them to ensure that no one I know makes the mistake of ordering from these jokers.
