I ordered an item about a month ago, paid for it online, as you have to, and there is still no sign of it even being dispatched. Raising several tickets with Nigel O'Hara's "customer service" team resulted in being told that they were waiting to receive it direct from the manufacturer and were sure that it was imminent. That was 2 weeks ago.
It's an iron, by the way. Not some bespoke contraption tailor-made for me... and to think I went with them because it was £6 cheaper than elsewhere.
