First time order with Nigel Ohara. I ordered a deep fat fryer and a toaster. Deep fat fryer took 2 weeks to arrive but was faulty and kept tripping my electrical trip-switch. I had to pay the postage for the return and it took them another 2 weeks before offering a refund or replacement. Of the toaster there is still no sign after 8 weeks of ordering. Slick website and a fairly good response time when contacted but all this is no good when products are faulty or not even available ( 8 weeks - come on).
