I ordered 2 bottles of Abercrombie and Fitch Fierce. Short version is that I have been waiting since MARCH ( it is now JUNE ) for it and still no bottles. Customer service assured me that it was due to arrive with them in next week ( it didn't ). I then had to contact them ( Always have to contact them first they never update you ) to which they told me it was now a discontinued product ( yet it still sells in every Abercrombie store ) then I was told this is untrue and I will be getting it shortly. THEN AGAIN I was told I am sorry it is due to suppliers that they cannot get it THEN AGAIN I was told no that was untrue and you will receive it shortly. This is OVER 3 months now and a complete joke in customer service. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME I never ever put bad feedback on anything but I am so annoyed with how I have been treated as a customer that I felt I had to share my experience.
