Boots never came. They sent a confirmation email, and then five hours later sent an email refund receipt. No explanation in the email. Tried to track my order but it said no info was available. Waited a week and emailed the sales team. They sent me a quick response saying my shipping address was wrong (it’s not) and that they issued a refund. Well, there’s no refund in my banking activity. I’m out $166 USD. I then emailed them a photo of my shipping address as found on Google and Cornwall Councils website. I’ve emailed them twice now with no response. They’re crooks, please don’t use this scam company. As a side note, the company they said would show up on my bank activity is not the same company that showed. The link they provide in the email to their own home page says 404 PAGE NOT FOUND. Now I’m going to have to contest this through my bank.
