Very bad experience. My AMEX was charged and an extra charge was added that I do not authorize.
I ordered the night vision glasses on 12/19/24 and never received the product. The confirmation emails never gave a tracking number. My phone calls have been unanswered and I get the same automated email response that says (Due to the higher than normal email requests they can not get to everyone and that they assure me that I am their priority)
3 weeks with no communication or response is unacceptable business practices. Very bad business.
