I ordered a Switch dock with a charging cable and an HDMI cable. Their website mentioned that it would be shipped to me in 2-4 days. What it didn't mention is that my order wasn't fully in stock, so I waited for almost 2 months until I received an e-mail from them saying that my order was cancelled because it didn't have enough funds. I checked my funds and saw that I did have enough, and when I contacted Nintendo I was told that their cancellation was irreversible and that I should place a new order, which would probably place me at the back of the waiting line again and there's no way to trust that the payment process will go correctly next time and that they won't cancel that order immediately as well.
