I put a negative review on following poor customer service recently and have just had 2 parcels stating by InPost that they have arrived at the shop.
When I went into the shop the Manager said they weren’t there. How do two seperate parcels disappear or not arrive? He did not check the computer system?
The Manager asked if I put bad reviews on ‘for a living’ rather than trying to solve my missing parcels. His body language was aggressive and he was unhappy that I was questioning what had happened to my parcels.
Due to my questioning and writing a bad review he told me not to go the shop again.
Is this how too manage and encourage a safe place to shop?
My advice would be for no one to go to the shop again until there is a New Manager.
