Nitrotek promote products they don't actually have in stock. The ones they have are of very bad quality. You ring up to complain and always speak to the same smug person claiming you don't know what you're doing or that you don't know anything about models. They are the professionals apparently and will do everything possible to avoid refunding your purchase and put it all down to you and not their rubbish products. Check out the other review sites! They seriously need to change their attitude if they want to stay in business. I for one will start a blog showing people their emails with telephone conversation audio.
