We were told the order was going to be 6 to 8 weeks. It's been 10 weeks.
We've struggled to get hold of anyone to provide updates, we eventually got hold of someone who said they would get back to us the same day! A week later we still haven't heard back. Was informed that an email was sent but nothing on all addresses provided.
We are starting to feel that we are never going to receive our sofa and based on this experience we wouldn't recommend anyone else buying from this company
