Bought several items. Looked awesome on the site. Arrived. Really disappointed. Spent £200 on a picture frame, tea light holders, chopping board and champagne glasses. Sent everything back except the picture frame as they were ugly and quite frankly smelly. Followed all the refund instructions. Even took the box, which was within the size and weight restrictions, back to the drop off point. All the driver had to do was put it on the van. My refund should have been £148.50. They have refunded me £68.80. God knows how they account for the outstanding £79.70. Don't buy from Nkuku. They aren't cool and don't care about their customers. Buy from Rockett St George instead who have lovely products, less expensive, of superior quality... and provide excellent customer service!!
