Ordered metal circular wire art. It was badly packaged between two thin pieces of cardboard and very badly warped. Customer service response very poor saying they were not responsible for the packaging (despite being the seller) and said it should straighten out once screwed to the wall!! They would not consider replacing item or improving packaging. They ignored my subsequent emails and I have returned the item. I am still waiting for refund. Will never order from them again.
