This is the second time (can you believe it!) that I have been suckered into purchasing from this company, I only just realised today when I went to cancel my membership because the last time I was with them they set two accounts up and charged me for both. This time I have been charged twice again in the first month (technical glitch) but the frustration of trying to get anyone human to speak to is nothing short of disgraceful and again feels like a dodgy scam practice. I recently rejoined your monthly membership along with the sock membership but due to my old card no longer being valid the payment failed. I added the details of my new card and had the option to ’pay now’ which I did. They system then also took the payment too so I tried to contact you on May 3rd in regards to you sending back my overpayment. I have to say that your lack of means in a way to contact you are preposterous, it’s almost as if you really want to give people the runaround and prevent them from contacting you. I have had response loops by bots and the person that finally spoke to me wanted a screenshot of my double transaction from my bank (which I cropped and sent due to you having no business asking for such a thing) so that the finance team can sort it out for me. I should think the finance team could fix this just with my Onthatass account details surely? I have since been placed back into the bot loop with no updates except a message from yourselves stating how cool it is that I joined your sock membership which will be charged one month longer than my boxer membership meaning no doubt that the final payment will be £8.99 instead of the £4.99 I pay due to having a boxer shorts membership. Now maybe the small print was not quite large enough for me to read online but overall I am concerned that your business model is borderline illegal if actually not illegal as there was no mention of the fact that I would need to give you an extra months notice on a sock or extra membership when I signed up. I would like my membership cancelling and my double payment refunded. I am surprised that this business model is still able to exist in this day and age and something should be done about it.
