**One Star Only Because I Can't Give Zero - Total Scam!** I signed up for the 14-day trial with ON THAT ASS to try their underwear, but this company is nothing more than a scam. I cancelled my membership on the last day of the trial because I wasn’t happy with the product quality. Despite cancelling, they continue to send threatening emails demanding payment for a membership I no longer have and products I never received! Their system conveniently makes it impossible to cancel your account or membership easily, and their customer service is rude and unhelpful. All I received was the free sample, which was disappointing enough to make me cancel right away. Yet, they are still trying to charge me for a cancelled membership and nonexistent products. Avoid this company at all costs. Their shady practices and aggressive tactics are not worth the headache. I gave them one star only because zero stars isn’t an option!
