Hi, vorab, den Kaffee finde ich super und schmeckt echt lecker. Der Service ist eher mäßig. Das erste mal auf der Homepage bestellt (15.02.) und bis heute weder Ware noch Versandbestätigung oder irgendein Hinweis, wo die Ware bleibt. Das ist bei dem Preis unterirdisch. Jetzt darf ich hinterher telefonieren, wo mein Kaffee bleibt. Uncool.
