We bought a Beldray Combo Steam Cleaner on the 25/03/2020 which was about as much use as a chocolate fireguard, so we requested a return label after several emails to this company we still haven't received said item. The date now is 25/04/2020, DO NOT use this company as they don't seem to take kindly to you wanting to return items to them.
