As a lot of people, I really wasn't sure about ordering such a big item online. Had 100 questions, all of which were answered by their team, and wanted a lot of reassurance. The mattress came 2 days after my order(was expecting 3-4), and opening/unboxing was easy and even fun. Been sleeping on it over a month, and the product is simply perfect for us. Pressure/firmness is spot on medium firm, even better than what we tried in the stores.
