However was off put by the high pricing of the main brands (6k SGD and upwards) Came across Noa and was really attracted by their simplicity and focus on customers (100 day trial). From order to delivery was a flawless experience with prompt updates from customer service and shipping. Have the mattress 3 weeks now and it's a game-changer! Felt a bit soft to start but that's because out previous mattress was more firm. However now having such great sleeps that I can't get up in the morning! Special mention to Rachel and CEO Jeremy when there was an issue with PayPal amount and actual credit card charge. Jeremy reached out personally and refunded the 11.24 (even though it was my banks fault) Noa Sleep are a fantastic company that truly obsess over their customers and have a bright future ahead
