I received a email 2 days ago from Vanessa saying to email the fault on the joggers.
Did so 2 days ago and no response.
Just going to return them and if they don't refund will recall the payment aft 14 days.
Everyone you can contact your bank if you have returned the item and they have confirmed received after 14 days your bank will just pull the money back.
Keep all documents and emails very simple 😊😊
