I returned a faulty item in their say so. It did get lost in the post but PO said they are liable as they provided returns label. I messaged them loads of times but no refund. They then said I was referred to senior management for having a history of out of policy returns. I don’t know what they are talking about but their customer service has sadly gone downhill while their prices have gone. Sky high ! I have only ever returned items normally through the usual route ! Sad to resort to
