Product is high quality, however their site positions 1-4 days of shipping window and they are not even near that.
I understand during COVID and holiday season shipping delays are bound to happen. They should clarify they are struggling on their website to ensure a good experience for the customer. I ordered some tights for my girlfriend in end of November, for a Christmas gift. It's two days before Christmas (28 days since my order was placed) and I still have yet to receive a shipping confirmation.
It's pretty frustrating they sell such a high end and expensive product but don't seem to care about setting the correct expectations for their customers. Won't be buying their brand again.
