We ordered a pair a running shoes that we didn't love upon receipt. We returned them from NY on October 28th, 2021. They show received at NoBull's return warehouse in MA on November 15th. As of December 2nd, they still have not issued a refund to the credit card that we used to purchase the shoes with. I emailed their customer service department two requesting status, but still no response. Customers should not have to wait five weeks for a refund, nor work hard to get that refund.
